This is a binding contract for the purpose of protecting both Seller and Buyer. Cindi Rackler, hereinafter referred to as Seller, certifies that she is accepting $200 as a deposit for a puppy meeting the above preferences. A litter of puppies must already be whelped and under 6 weeks of age before Seller will accept a deposit. Buyer can withdraw deposit at any time between the time the puppy is born up to 6 weeks of age (exact 6 wk date:_________). Between 6 - 8 weeks of age (exact 8 wk date: __________) buyer can withdraw from deposit and receive 50% refund only. If deposit is made before 6 weeks of age buyer is required to pay the full amount still owed on puppy by 8 weeks of age (exact 8 wk date:__________amount owed: ____________). Puppies are available for placement on or after 10 weeks of age (exact 10 wk date:___________). Should an unexpected issue arise on Seller’s end and puppy does not become available to buyer the full amount paid including deposit will be refunded to buyer. Payments can be made by personal check if received before puppy reaches 8 weeks giving time for check(s) to clear before exchange of puppy takes place.

This contract shall be deemed a legal and binding agreement between Seller and Buyer and is under the jurisdiction of the State of Oklahoma in the County of Comanche. It is further agreed that should any dispute/arbitration arise between Seller and Buyer regarding said puppy, the legal venue shall be the County of Comanche, Oklahoma. Buyer will be held responsible for any and all costs associated with returned checks, collection and/or attorney fees.
